When you sign up, you will receive recorded material to watch leading up to the course (or once you have paid in full) in your own time, ahead of the first weekend. It will be essential that you watch these recordings a few times over before the first weekend. You will receive some free credits to join our weekly BASI UK online classes followed by tutorial so that you can start to immerse your body and mind in the work.

Students study the full complement of Mat Work exercises (basic to master level) and the integration of small apparatus into the program.
